I am so glad you are here!
I help active, health-minded women uncover the missing pieces of their health puzzle so they can finally end the exhaustion, restore their energy, and feel healthy and motivated to pursue the passions that light them up.
Like many of my clients, my journey began with years of feeling unwell despite “doing all the right things.” I struggled with health issues since childhood and turned to exercise as an outlet, eventually earning degrees in Kinesiology and Physical Therapy. After facing infertility and miscarriage, my husband and I were blessed with three beautiful daughters—but as a busy mom, I hit a wall of debilitating fatigue.
Despite medication for Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism, my symptoms persisted: deep exhaustion, brain fog, joint pain, and a body that felt like it was falling apart. I felt like a stranger in my own skin. I saw doctor after doctor and collected diagnosis after diagnosis—yet nothing seemed to truly help. I started to doubt myself.
Everything shifted when I discovered Functional Diagnostic Nutrition®. My first functional lab test (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) opened my eyes to what conventional care had missed. For the first time, I had data that explained why I felt the way I did. That moment changed everything!
